Advertising on Television would be extremely hard as an independent producer and with a low budget. Therefore, making it a poor choice of advertising. However, if I did have more experience and a large budget, it would be most effective to advertise on channels such as Sky Movies Drama and Romance or Sky Movies Comedy. Advertising online on sites such as Facebook would be a great way to attract an audience as the adverts on the side of Facebook are related to the pages that you "like", therefore, Facebook users that "like" Rom-Com related pages will be more likely to see and be interested in my advertisement. I also thought of advertising on Dating Websites as the thought of love would obviously appeal to them. I also thought it's giving them ideas for "dates" and an easy going Rom-Com would be perfect. Printing posters can be expensive but can be seen by the general public so creating the right divide between enough posters and not over spending would need to be thought about.
